If you are someone who is curious about learning my art techniques and just being more creative in general. Then Art Adventures is for YOU! Each month we focus on one product or medium and learn it like a pro! In 4 short weeks you will have skills, knowledge & confidence necessary to tackle projects on your own or continue the learning with more classes! Allowing yourself to get messy and creative is such an integral part of the learning process and self-discovery. You will be exposed to many different styles of art and techniques and work on many different skills. We work on “simple” things like how to clean your brush properly, ways to grip your paintbrush and pencil. We work on my “no humps, bumps or glumps” philosophy when painting. Although I loooove texture, we first have to learn some fundamentals. We work on our drawing skills and building muscles in our hands with sculpture work. We learn how to blend and mix and make texture. So. many. things! We meet once/week for 2 hours, 4x/month and it is full of fun and experimentation and learning in a fun way!

All supplies are always included. Each month we will focus on mastering a specific techniques, skills or concepts. When possible, we do incorporate historical references into our lesson plans as well.
